Humor Writing Portfolio - Proverbs Combined
Here is some original humor I wrote for the Yahoo! Group: Laugh Lover's.
This writing is about Proverbs Combined.
| From the mouths of
babies comes a multitude of sins. Every man is the architect of his own skunk. Go abroad and you'll stay close to shore. Every door may be shut but by the inch life's a cinch. Every cock comes out in the wash. Evil doers are in the eye of the beholder. Expect nothing and look a gift horse in the mouth. There are other fish and not enough Indians. Let sleeping dogs catch a thief. A little knowledge is the mother of invention. It takes a village to lose the battle and win the war. A cock is mighty and the devil take the hindmost. A gentlemen's word is seen and not heard. If at first you don't succeed, weep, and you weep alone. |
